even-u software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MaterialX application for Apple Vision Pro (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Privacy First

MaterialX is designed with privacy at its core:

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal content
All your materials, projects, and 3D models stay on your device
No tracking, analytics, or advertising
Purchase information is handled exclusively by Apple

Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide

When you use MaterialX, you may create or import:

Photos and Images: Source images for material generation
3D Models: USDZ, GLTF, or GLB files you import
Material Projects: Your PBR material creations (.pbrp files)
Settings and Preferences: Your app configuration

Important: All of this data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or transmit any of your content.

2. Purchase Information

When you make a purchase through the App Store:

All payment processing is handled by Apple through StoreKit
We receive only purchase confirmation from Apple (no payment details)
Your subscription status is verified through Apple's servers
We do not store or process credit card information

3. Automatically Collected Information

We do NOT collect:

Usage analytics or tracking data
Device identifiers for advertising
Location data
Personal identifiable information

Apple Services

The only data sharing occurs through Apple's services:

StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
iCloud (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your projects are stored in your personal iCloud account (we have no access)
App Analytics (Optional): If you opt-in to share analytics with developers in iOS settings

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, such as:

Complying with legal processes or government requests
Protecting our rights, property, or safety
Preventing fraud or security issues

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

Local Storage: All your content is stored securely on your device using Apple's security frameworks
Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest using visionOS built-in encryption
Sandboxing: The app runs in Apple's secure sandbox environment
No Cloud Storage: We don't maintain servers storing your data

Your Data, Your Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

Delete the app to remove all data
Use device backups to preserve your work
No need to request data deletion from us

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access

All your data is stored on your device - you have immediate access through the app or your device's file system.

Right to Deletion

Delete individual projects within the app, or uninstall the app to remove all data.

Right to Portability

Export your materials in standard formats (USDZ, GLTF, GLB) at any time.

Right to Object

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to object to. You control all data processing.

Children's Privacy

MaterialX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). The app is designed for professional use and requires:

Apple Vision Pro device (age 13+ required by Apple)
Apple ID for purchases (requires parental consent for minors)

Parents can manage their children's purchases through Family Sharing and Screen Time controls.

Third-Party Services

MaterialX uses the following Apple services:

StoreKit (Apple In-App Purchases)

Purpose: Processing subscriptions and purchases
Data Collected: Purchase confirmation only
Privacy Policy: Apple Privacy Policy

RealityKit (Apple 3D Rendering)

Purpose: Rendering 3D materials and previews
Data Collected: None - runs entirely on device

International Users

MaterialX is available worldwide through the App Store. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

No international data transfers occur
Your data remains in your region
GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations are inherently respected

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted:

On this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
In the App Store Connect app description (for significant changes)
Within the app (for material changes affecting your rights)

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
